We are proud to feature LEM® meat processing equipment. This mixer will tilt to three different positions for easy loading and storage. If you choose, you can eliminate hand cranking, because this mixer attaches to all Big Bite Grinders with a #8 head or larger (motor not included). A hand crank is also included if you choose to operate the mixer by hand. The gear box features durable roller bearings to provide extra torque for the paddles to completely mix the meat and the meat tub detaches for easy cleaning.
